Nolvadex 20 mg is one of the two most accessible non-steroidal estrogen antagonists (the second is Clomid). The hormone antagonist structurally corresponds to some receptor for this hormone, so that the latter cannot exert its effect. Theoretically, the antagonist should not in any way affect the receptor, without causing any effects. In reality, hormone antagonists cause problems. Nolvadex is a classic example of an antagonist with very different results. In humans, Nolvadex acts as an antagonist on some cells, as estrogen on others. When using easily aromatizing steroids, the best effect is given by the joint reception of Nolvadex 20 mg and Proviron (see Proviron). For example, daily intake of 10-30 mg of Nolvadex 20 mg  and 25-50 mg of Proviron almost completely protect the body from unwanted accumulations of estrogen. However, it should be warned: the dosage of antiestrogens should be approached very carefully, as well as the dosages of any other drugs. Remember that a certain amount of estrogen is required by the body for normal operation. And a complete blockage of estrogen can entail such side effects as decreased libido, depression, and worsening of mood.

Other possible side effects when taking high doses of Nolvadex 20 mg  are gastrointestinal disorders, dizziness, skin rash.
